Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while providing essential services to clients at our Detox Center. While you will collaborate with a supportive team of professionals, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, prioritize tasks, and utilize technology to facilitate communication and care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients seeking detoxification services, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans. \n
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with each client's needs and goals. \n
- Monitor client progress and outcomes as a key member of the treatment team, adjusting interventions as needed based on observed behaviors and feedback. \n
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients and their families, offering guidance that empowers them in their recovery journey. \n
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster rapport with clients, enhancing their engagement and participation in the treatment process. \n
- Develop joint plans with families that recommend evidence-based strategies, ensuring they are informed and capable of supporting their loved ones effectively. \n
- Deliver educational resources and coaching in a relatable manner that caters to diverse learning styles, ensuring individualized treatment approaches. \n
- Comply with all relevant federal and state regulations governing social work practices and maintain confidentiality of client information. \n
- Ensure the health and safety of clients and staff by adhering to established organizational standards and best practices. \n
The clients served at our Detox Center are primarily individuals experiencing substance use disorders who are seeking initial detoxification support. Our focus is on creating a safe and nurturing environment where positive client outcomes can be achieved through tailored interventions and compassionate care. We work to ensure that clients are given the tools and resources needed for sustained recovery, ultimately empowering them to rebuild their lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Texas Department of State Health Services. \n
- Proven ability to adopt various communication styles to meet the personalized needs of children and families. \n
- A valid driver’s license is preferred for any potential home visits or community resources. \n

- At least one year of experience working in early intervention or substance use services is highly desirable. \n
