Permanently Remote Operations AssociateNardis Advisors is a growing, independent financial advisory firm based in NY seeking a Permanently Remote Operations Associate who takes ownership, drives execution, and ensures that both tasks—and people—move forward.This is a hands-on role at the center of the firm. You'll work directly with leadership to translate priorities into action, build structure, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. While there is some client interaction, the core focus is operations, process, and getting things done. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.Salary & Benefits:The starting salary range for this position will be $70K-$90K with opportunity for growthHealth insurance stipendPermanently remoteEquipment providedResponsibilities:Own day-to-day operational workflows and executionOversee client onboarding and key service processesManage CRM systems, tasks, and follow-through across all touchpointsLead workflow management, tracking priorities and accountabilityFacilitate weekly team meetings with clear next stepsImprove processes and systems for efficiency and scaleManage projects end-to-end with a focus on completionProactively solve problems and remove bottlenecksSupport leadership in executing firm-wide initiativesNO business development / salesRequirements:2 years financial services experienceA doer who drives outcomes and follows through relentlesslyOrganized, detail-oriented, and highly accountableIntermediate knowledge of CRM, workflow design, doc management, video conferencing, MS productsComfortable managing priorities, projects, and peopleClear, direct communicator who closes loopsProactive, practical problem-solverMotivated to grow into a broader operations leadership roleQualified candidates will start the process by having a 15–30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position).
