Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Bridgeport, CT

Pfizer seeks a Vaccines Health and Science Professional to promote its vaccines portfolio through customer engagement in the Bridgeport, Connecticut territory. The role combines field-based and virtual relationship management, new product launches, formulary access development, and sales activities with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue objectives within assigned territory
• Engage customers through in-person and virtual meetings to build relationships and secure business
• Develop and execute territory call plans and strategic engagement approaches with customers
• Use internal analytics and market knowledge to identify and develop business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Medical and Account Management to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 6+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years professional sales, marketing, customer service, or account management experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliance to company driving standards
• Reside within 25 miles of assigned territory border
• Healthcare or scientific background preferred, such as nursing, pharmacy, or clinical roles
• Pharmaceutical or medical sales experience preferred

Compensation: $76,000-$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
