Senior Scientist

I’m supporting a leading life sciences organization in identifying a Principal NGS Scientist to join their Next-Generation Sequencing team. This role is ideal for an experienced NGS technical leader who enjoys driving scientific strategy, developing innovative sequencing approaches, and working cross-functionally to advance impactful research programs. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Genetics, Bioinformatics, or related field preferred 5+ years of laboratory experience with strong NGS expertise Experience leading NGS projects, developing workflows, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges Strong background in sequencing technologies, genomic analysis, and molecular biology techniques Proven ability to mentor scientists and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Experience within biotech/pharma R&D environments is highly desirable A great opportunity for a scientist looking to take technical ownership, influence strategy, and contribute to cutting-edge genomic research. #J-18808-Ljbffr RBW Consulting
