ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with Spanish speaking customers as needed.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to Spanish speaking customers regarding products, services, and orders
• Assist Spanish speaking customers with troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and finding appropriate solutions
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Document and update customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
