Social Worker: Transitional Housing & Reentry Therapy
HOUSING WORKS INC
The Social Work – MOCJ Transitional Housing position provides short-term, supportive mental health therapy to individuals recently released from incarceration residing in Emergency Transitional Housing. The Social Worker functions within an on-site interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated services focused on stabilization, engagement, and readiness for transition to longer-term housing and care, within harm-reduction, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr HOUSING WORKS INC
