Senior Director, Accounting & Shared Services Strategy

STACK Infrastructure, a leader in wholesale data center solutions, is seeking a Sr. Director, Accounting in Denver. The role oversees equity and intercompany accounting, shared services operations, and strategic finance initiatives. You will build and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring strong internal controls and SOX compliance. The position requires 15+ years of accounting experience, CPA preferred, and deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and ERP systems.
