Ensure extraordinary guest experiences through quality food, service, staff, and safety. Own all aspects of team leadership—staffing, scheduling, development, succession planning, and performance management. Plan and conduct ongoing training, coaching, and development for managers and associates. Hire, train, and retain a motivated, engaged team. Maintain high‑quality operations and service standards, continuously improving processes. Adhere to café systems, company policies, state and federal regulations, and food safety standards. Cultivate a healthy and safe workplace culture. Grow sales and maximize profitability by implementing sales strategies, controlling costs, and managing inventory. Execute company and café strategies for sales growth and cost control to support profitability. Maintain café costs and inventory while supporting associate labor to drive profitability. Qualifications Three years management experience (preferred). Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to drive positive results and run great shifts. Demonstrated understanding of the business. ServSafe certification. At least 18 years of age. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Committed to and experienced with health and food safety. Strong community and customer focus.
