CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Top-tier pay with real incentives. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, with 60CPM base pay plus up to 4CPM in performance incentives and a $1,350 minimum for qualifying weeks.*
- Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay*, accruing from day one-rewarding consistency and commitment, not just miles.
- Extra pay for the work you do. Get paid for the details with $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay, so your effort doesn't go unpaid.*
- Extended time out, meaningful time home. Run a 3-week schedule that maximizes earning power, then enjoy a solid reset when it's time to come off the road.
- Paid orientation, start with confidence. Earn $1,250 in orientation pay*, so you're paid from the very start.
