- Operations Manager**Location:** Monmouth County, NJ**Job Type:** Full-time; Onsite in Freehold Office (8 am – 4 pm)**Pay:** $25.00 per hour, with paid holidays and benefits## About Clean World SolutionsSince 2016, **Clean World Solutions (CWS)** has led a team of local experts in serving client needs for mold, water, smoke, and fire restoration, along with duct and rug cleaning.CWS is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to add customer-centric professionals with attention to detail to our workforce.Based in Monmouth County, New Jersey, we currently serve clients from Maine to North Carolina.## Job Description* Oversee day-to-day operations of the main office and restoration crews, including company communications, schedules, and production timelines.* Lead daily activities to ensure job schedules meet company quality assurance standards—on time and on budget.* Play a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial operations run smoothly.* Manage financial records, oversee transactions, and prepare accurate financial statements, including compiling and reviewing statements to support tax filings and client planning.* Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate processing.* Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions comply with established procedures.* Collaborate with and support team members across departments.## Qualifications* 3+ years of operations management experience.* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (required).* Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and financial reporting.* High attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.## Other Requirements* Valid driver’s license (required).* Must be able to communicate in English.* Knowledge of Slack (preferred).## How to ApplyPlease email your resume and cover letter View email address on click.appcast.io.
