How you’ll contribute Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies medical surgical needs. Perform post‑operative assessments. Perform wound care. Provide timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Multidisciplinary collaborations. Schedule: PRN – Nights. What we’re looking for Current state LPN license. Basic Life Support certification required within 14 days of hire. One year of nursing experience. Registered Nurse (RN) experience is a plus.
