Overview We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Frequently perform the functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians as required due to business needs, team member absences, or other factors. Qualifications Previous vehicle maintenance experience is strongly preferred, but not required. A stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience will suffice; training will be provided. A current and valid driver’s license is required.
