We are seeking a full-time surgical dental assistant with great communication skills, teamwork and a passion for dentistry to join our team.

Our practice is state-of-the-art, with AI-enhanced charting and many other technologies that make your job more efficient, faster and easier. We provide general dentistry as well as some extractions, endo, dental implant placement, clear aligners and other cosmetic procedures, as well as some biological dentistry options. We are the first carbon-neutral dental office in Washington State! We plant a tree in each patient's name every time they come in for a cleaning.

Skills & Requirements:

• You are a Registered Dental Assistant in the State of Washington
• Excellence in reliability, communication skills and teamwork.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience in general dentistry, and a minimum of 1 year of surgical assisting experience.

Benefits:

Medical/Vision We pay 75% for Employee/25% for Spouse/Dependants. Employee only costs the employee about $180 a month($90 per pay period) depending on plan selection. One plan has an HSA option

Life : $25k benefit

Dental : In house. Preventative covered plus $2,500 annual benefit for restorative. Reduced price for Ortho for employee and every member of immediate family.

401k plus 4% match

PTO: up to 80hrs for 1st 2 years

 

Holiday : New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
