Workday System Analyst- Healthcare

Direct Hire, No C2C or 3rd Party Candidates will be considered

100% remote but must work PST hours

Target Salary is $100-$120k

Seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst to lead the support, optimization, and integration of Workday and UKG platforms, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to enhance workforce technology and business processes. Helps drive advancement of Workday functionality, including emerging automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, analytics, and employee experience

Experience:

Required: Five (5) years in healthcare related positions; previous system analyst or vendor experience; experience using healthcare applications; experience working in an acute healthcare setting or vendor setting; proven experience in project managing major projects

Essential Skills:

• Ability to conceptualize, plan, organize, coordinate and manage the work of a major program or function within the department(s)
• Documented knowledge and experience in PMO Methodology and tools
• Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations with peers, users and vendors
• Knowledge of the healthcare environment and operations
• Ability to handle confrontation with appropriate grace, professionalism, cordiality, and firmness, and manages/resolves disputes appropriately
• Working knowledge of healthcare applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Facilitation skills, strong organizational skills, team building skills
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Ability to actively engage in complex discussions, often on challenging subjects
• Ability to teach/train other clinical staff
• Ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows
• Ability to work as a team member and independently with minimal supervision
