American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Circulating OR position requiring a MI RN license and 2+ years of OR experience across multiple surgical specialties. Requirements Active MI RN license required at time of consideration (compact license not accepted) BLS certification (AHA) 2+ years of OR experience required Must be able to circulate Experience required with Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro cases Skills checklist completed within one year of application required Trauma Level II experience preferred Responsibilities Work in a 7-suite Surgical Department offering a full spectrum of general and gynecological surgical specialties, excluding open-heart surgery Days shift, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements Uses Paragon EMR Hospital-provided scrubs Deliver quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing practice standards Follow medical center policies, mission, and professional/regulatory practice standards References are not required for consideration No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers subject to reduced travel rates Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Job ID: P-758977 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
