CompensationBase Salary + Commission
A successful Comfort Advisor can earn six figures while helping customers make informed decisions about their home comfort systems.

What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs
- Present HVAC system replacement and upgrade options
- Educate customers on equipment, efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
- Build trust through honest recommendations and transparent communication
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine desire to help customers solve problems
- Integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- HVAC experience is preferred but not required
- Sales experience in home services, construction, or related industries is a plus
