Job Description:
• Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients
• Meet with potential clients to assess and educate them on their insurance needs and coverage options
• Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Manage company leads and generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

Benefits:
• On-target first-year agents earn between $50,000 - $75,000 , with senior agents earning $85,000-$125,000 annually
• Steady and consistent Weekly hours and its a Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) NO PART-TIME HOURS
• Weekly pay including Uncapped commission (paid weekly)
• Paid training to help you obtain your Insurance License within 30 days
• Opportunities for growth into leadership and expanded commission roles including DMV and tax preparation
• Medical, dental, and vision plans available
• Paid sick leave and vacation time and 5 Holidays Off

Requirements:
• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual- Must be able to fluently Speak Spanish
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
