Now Hiring - Experienced Sales Professional

• Pay: $5,500-$12,000 Monthly
• Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open

availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. * This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager. What You'll Do * Engage and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. * Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. * Ensure proper follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product

and training courses. What You'll Bring * We prefer a candidate with 2+years of car sales experience but may consider one with relative experience. * Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies. * Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected sales goals

• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of

residence Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability The average wage range for this position is $5,500-$12,000 Monthly Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
