Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Join ActionLink as a Part‑Time Display Installer in Alexandria, LA and the surrounding area. This role enhances the retail experience by ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays for clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Travel to stores as required and schedule up to 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. No weekends or evenings. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Potential for additional hours covering larger regions or traveling. Compensation & Benefits General merchandising projects paid at $17.00 per hour. Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance. Paid training time provided to prepare for program success. Accrue paid time off hours every week worked. Qualifications Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Attention to detail; must follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independent and comfortable working with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel; must use vehicle for job duties.
