Description
Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School is a fully accredited 3K-8th grade school located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Nativity is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our staff as a physical education teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include:- Promoting age-appropriate physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Planning and leading physical education classes for students in 3K - 8th grade that align with state and Diocesan curriculum standards
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback
- Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to support student learning
- Integrating Catholic values and faith into activities
- Bachelor's degree in an education related field
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license (or the ability to obtain a license)
- Committed to the mission of Catholic education
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
