We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic Weatherization Department and ensure our programs maintain the highest quality standards for the communities that need us! What You’ll Do: Perform in-depth home evaluations and indoor diagnostic testing. Analyze results from diagnostic tools and confirm contractor work aligns with energy-saving goals. Ensure all projects meet program standards and health/safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive data with care and confidentiality. Analyze energy software results and confirm the accuracy of all inputs and energy conservation measures and retrofits in the scope of work. What We’re Looking For: Required: High school graduate or equivalent (GED). Must be BPI/HEP Energy Auditor certified. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance that meets State requirements. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, bilingual in English and Spanish, and non-profit experience. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A professional, approachable attitude and sound judgment.
