Position Summary Full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Alamitos West in Los Alamitos, CA – a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric outpatient services. The role supports the in‑house therapy team, providing rehabilitative treatment and various rehabilitation procedures under Physical Therapist supervision in a collaborative and supportive environment. Location: Los Alamitos, CA Schedule: Flexible full‑time work‑life balance Pay: $35 – $41/hour based on experience Key Responsibilities Apply evidence‑based practices to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use under Physical Therapist supervision. Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant license is required. New graduates are welcome and encouraged. Applicants should be able to support therapeutic interventions and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
