Outside Sales Representative
$75k - $100kUniFirst is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow route-based uniform and facility service programs for customers across your territory. In this field-based role, you will prospect and qualify leads, conduct on-site presentations, and develop tailored solutions for manufacturing and other industries. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close, then partner with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2
- B sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct on-site customer visits, needs assessments, and product demonstrations
- Design and present uniform and facility service programs tailored to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and accurate activity tracking
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive renewals and upsells
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and performance metrics
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in line with company guidelines
