Receptionist

How you'll contribute Isresponsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls appropriately, registering patients, collecting co-pays, directing and scheduling patients and visitors, acting as a liaison between patients and medical support staff, as well as assisting patients with check out. Responsible for the management of medical records and coordination with others both within and outside the organization and to assure that records are complete and accurate. These duties facilitate the sharing of medical records with other HIPAA compliant providers and organizations. What we're looking for Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred One year experience working in customer service.
