Client Service Manager

Role Description The Client Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater New Orleans Region. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client service activities, including responding to client inquiries, coordinating account openings and maintenance, and ensuring accurate execution of transactions and administrative requests. The role involves working closely with advisors to prepare client reports, organize review meetings, and maintain up-to-date documentation and records. The Client Service Manager will track client issues to resolution, identify opportunities to improve service processes, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role requires regular interaction with custodians, vendors, and internal team members to support efficient operations and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

· Financial Services experience preferred

· Ability to multitask on various items while maintaining attention to detail with minimal supervision

· Subject-matter expert

· Represents firm values; advocates for SFO

· Develops self and others

· Willing to work 5 days a week in New Orleans office

Preferred Qualifications

· Background working with Fidelity, Schwab, Orion, or Redtail

· Series 65 or willingness to attain
