Registered Nurse

This position involves working with geriatric patients who exhibit behavioral disturbances related to dementia. The role is within a behavioral health setting focused on the care of elderly patients. Candidates should possess a calm demeanor and be able to work well with others. Patient care includes monitoring and addressing behavioral needs as part of a multidisciplinary team. The environment requires adaptability to varying patient needs and situations. Staff will be expected to follow established protocols and best practices in behavioral health. Duties will include assessment, creating care plans, and providing support for both patients and families. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. All travelers must have the required certifications prior to starting the position. Always ensure compliance with state regulations and requirements. Dress code requires solid color scrubs, and staff should refrain from wearing facial piercings.
