Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Staffing Pool (Float) team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. Details: - Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool Type: Full-time/Permanent Direct Hire Location: Goldsboro, NC Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs./week) Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr. Based on years of experience Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process Float across units based on patient care needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders Respond to complex patient conditions and prioritize care effectively Requirements: Active RN License (NC) + BLS 1+ year of nursing experience in Similar settings would be preferred ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred) Compensation & Perks: Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Based on years of experience Shift Differentials: Nights ($6/hr), Weekends ($10/hr), + more Up to $40K retention bonus + relocation assistance Career growth, float experience, and internal advancement opportunities Date: 6/26/2026; Time: 3:45 PM EST (MR) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
