Structural Engineering Professional Associate About the job Structural Engineering Professional Associate Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering Professional Engineering (P.E.) License Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems. Must have demonstrated experience in the structural design for steel and concrete structures on a variety of projects. Must have advanced working proficiency in STAAD Pro Must have working knowledge of Revit. Must have a solid working knowledge of building codes and other applicable structural codes. Should have and display strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: Maintain effective communications with department members, higher management, and clients. Perform calculations of structural systems, (hand calculations, computer-aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis (Staad) Assist in creation of contract drawings via providing drawing input to structural designer Comments/Special Instructions: PE is non-negotiable visa sponsorship not possible Position can be remote or near theoffice. Remote position justified because the role does not require client and contractor face-to-face interaction, and coordination on the project is executed remotely already.
