We are seeking skilled and passionate craft bartenders to join our team!
Our bartenders prioritize genuine hospitality, crafting exceptional cocktails and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

- Medical insurance benefits are available for hourly workers averaging 30 hours per week within 90 days of hiring or at the next open enrollment.
- 401k available after one year (12-month period with 1,000 hours of service by open enrollment) for individuals 21 years or older.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.
- Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
- Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
- Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
- Maintain current State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
- Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
- Assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu.
- Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Set up the team for success in the next shift.
- Build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
- Completion of continuous training from platforms and classes
- Verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverage
