This position involves supporting the well-being of a student through daily transport and on-site medical care across a standard school week, ensuring their health needs are consistently and compassionately met.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid in the state of Massachusetts (MA RN)
• Previous school nursing experience or similar pediatric clinical background preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to coordinate with families, educators, and other professionals
• Comfortable providing care in both classroom and transport settings

Role Responsibilities:

• Accompanying and assisting a student with daily transport between home and school, ensuring safety and medically appropriate supervision during transit
• Administering prescribed medications, first aid, and emergency interventions as required
• Monitoring student health status, documenting care, and communicating changes or concerns to families and school staff
• Collaborating closely with education teams to promote a positive learning environment for the student
• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and school health procedures
