Schedule/Hours:

• 06:15 AM start to 6:45 PM end

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CVOR RN
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced surgical environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Assist surgical teams in complex cardiovascular procedures, maintaining strict aseptic technique
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition, ensuring optimal safety and outcomes
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical techs, and other nurses for seamless patient care transitions
