RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We're seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our Conduit Yard team in Tampa, FL with $21/hr pay for a 1 year contract (possible temp to hire opportunity). If you enjoy working independently, operating forklifts, and helping keep materials moving efficiently, this could be a great fit for you! APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PPE Required: Safety Shoes

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Possible based on performance and business needs

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Build and prepare custom conduit orders
• Move materials throughout the yard and warehouse
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and carts
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read labels, tickets, and product documentation
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and basic math skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a fast-paced environment
