Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - BLS Certification Description: Med-surg unit with 45 beds. The unit includes 28 telemetry beds. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5 to 1:6. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Virtual nurse assistance available hospital-wide. Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care is expected.
