Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Lead Registered Behavior Technician Support the structure, consistency, and quality of care across assigned classrooms. Act as a bridge between the RBT team and leadership, assisting with onboarding, classroom readiness, and day‑to‑day operations. Provide advanced clinical support, use independent judgment to maintain treatment integrity, and supervise classroom organization standards. What You'll Do Provide advanced Central Reach system oversight, including onboarding support, training coordination, workflow development, and continuous improvement for new staff. Design, develop, and distribute monthly organizational newsletters aligning with departmental goals. Develop, implement, and supervise weekly classroom activities and curriculum enhancements. Maintain strategic classroom organization systems, optimize learning environments, and ensure compliance with program standards. Lead daily schedule planning to ensure efficient resource allocation across classrooms. Oversee supply chain needs by forecasting, requesting, and managing inventory for operational readiness. Lead structured parent communication protocols, setting standards for engagement, supply needs, and program updates. Support employee engagement initiatives by designing, coordinating, and evaluating retention programs and recognition efforts. What You'll Need High school diploma RBT certification (required) Minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT in a center‑based setting BCBA student strongly preferred Detail‑oriented reporting and session notes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn new systems such as Central Reach Active/unexpired RBT certificate maintained throughout tenure Internal candidates: meet 80% competencies and be in good standing (no final warning, not on an active PIP) Work Location & Hours Full‑time, on‑site at the Jackson, NJ Early Intervention Center. Core hours 8:45 am – 5:15 pm.
