Dominion Group, powered by PLACE™, is looking for experienced agents and motivated career changers who know New Orleans and are ready to grow their business across both the Southshore and Northshore.

This opportunity is best for someone who understands the New Orleans market, values local relationships, and is comfortable traveling to Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, and surrounding Northshore communities when business requires it.

You will learn directly from Louis Williams, a nationally recognized prospector and closer with more than 20 years of real estate experience. His coaching gives agents practical insight into creating appointments, handling objections, following up with confidence, and turning more conversations into real opportunities.

You will also receive buyer agent training from Nicole, whose systemized approach helps agents stay several steps ahead while still knowing how to pivot quickly based on each client's needs. She teaches agents how to guide buyers with confidence, manage the process well, and create an experience that leads to trust, referrals, and repeat business.

Behind you is a fully built operations and administrative team that handles much of the paperwork, transaction coordination, and support that follows once a client signs. With advanced systems centered around Brivity and backed by PLACE operations leaders, you can focus on prospecting, serving clients, and growing your business instead of trying to manage every part alone.

The right person will see the Northshore as a business opportunity and be ready to build a strong presence across Greater New Orleans.

This is a commission-based role with an earning potential of $75K-$125K annually for dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Use the best technology available in the real estate industry
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
