Clinical Social Worker

Job Title: Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker Shift: Days – 5x8-hour shifts Pay Range: $2250 - $2500 weekly gross DOE Position Summary Under general supervision, the Social Worker provides comprehensive social services to patients and their families within correctional setting. This role focuses on psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and coordination of care to support safe and effective transitions across the continuum of care. LMSW/ LPC / LMFT candidates only. Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through record reviews and clinical interviews Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention services to inmates Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment and evaluation activities Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive patient information Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively in treatment Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations based on patient condition Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of clinical experience At least 2 years in a similar or comparable role Education Requirements Master’s degree in one of the following: Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or a related clinical field Degree must be from an accredited college or university Certifications & Licensure Must hold one of the following active state licenses: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) About Pride: As a minority-owned business that delivers exceptional service to its clients and candidates by capitalizing on diverse recruiting, account management, and staffing backgrounds, Pride Health's expert team provides tailored and swift sourcing solutions to help connect healthcare talent with their dream jobs.
