Location: West Hollywood, CA | Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $42,500 base + commission (OTE $70,000-$85,000+)

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
• Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
• Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
• Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
