About the Company

Quest Management Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Community Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams across our communities. This is an opportunity for a proactive, results-driven multifamily professional who knows how to increase revenue, improve occupancy, control expenses, hold teams accountable, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

About the Role

As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the properties and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, revenue, collections, renewals, and overall property performance
• Manage pricing, concessions, market surveys, budgets, and financial results
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Community Managers and site teams
• Establish accountability and ensure consistent execution of company standards
• Conduct property, operational, financial, and performance reviews
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident retention, and renewal strategies
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely turns, work orders, and property upkeep
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, company policies, and applicable regulations
• Identify challenges and implement practical, cost-effective solutions
• Support new initiatives, technology, and software implementation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Proven success leading teams and improving property performance
• Strong financial, budgeting, leasing, and operational experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Entrata experience preferred
• CAM, CAPS, CPM or similar certifications preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
