Field Marketing Specialist

Compensation $30-32 hr. with converting salary of $65,000-75,000 Benefits This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Work Schedule Monday through Friday during non-event weeks; schedule adjusts to Thursday through Saturday during event weeks. Employees who work Saturday events will receive the following Monday off. Overtime is anticipated during event weeks due to extended hours. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or local brand activation (automotive or retail experience a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with customers, local partners, store managers and regional operations leadership. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail. Ability to travel frequently between automotive shop locations and attend weekend events as needed. Job Description We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Local and Field Marketer to support local marketing efforts across our automotive repair facilities and tire shops! Supporting a rapidly growing automotive brand, focused on driving local engagement, increasing shop traffic, and building brand awareness across automotive repair facilities and tire shops. This position emphasizes community partnerships, sponsorships, and high‑impact, event‑based marketing initiatives, offering the opportunity to own a territory and directly influence growth as event volume continues to scale. The ideal candidate is a proactive, versatile team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute local events to drive new customer acquisition and repeat business at automotive repair locations. Coordinate community outreach efforts, including grassroots fliers to be distributed locally around participating stores. Manage on‑site events and promotional activities, such as grand openings, customer appreciation days, or anniversary events. Install event POP to help drive walk‑in traffic. Collaborate with store managers and regional operations teams to ensure a successful event. Maintain relationships with key vendors to optimize advertising opportunities. Research opportunities in market to develop relationships with local schools, community groups, etc. Serve as the brand ambassador at events and in the community, representing the company’s values.
