Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the assembly of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties

• Assemble components and products
• Work on the assembly line, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Palletizing, labeling and wrapping pallets preparing for outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
