Restaurant General Manager Position in Atlanta GA. (Buckhead area)
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000, plus bonus.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a NEW restaurant to be located in the heart of Atlanta GA. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional, excited to drive success within our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring the highest quality of guest service, and maintaining operational standards at our Atlanta GA location. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment, managing costs, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to exceed guest expectations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to meet or exceed financial goals.
Uphold high food safety and cleanliness standards.
Handle any guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to create a positive, productive working environment.
