This individual will collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and technical developers to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional and business requirements sessions to define needs and develop solution strategiesPartner with end users to deliver technical and business process improvementsOversee system design, development, and solution management in collaboration with both SAP and non-SAP teamsCreate and execute testing plans including unit, regression, and integration testingConduct research and promote ERP best practices within the organizationManage and maintain master data integrity and resolve recurring system issuesDevelop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) toolsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage access and audit reviewsProvide recommendations on technology advancements and strategic initiativesContribute to project planning, documentation, and quality assurance activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience7–10 years of relevant ERP experience (SAP experience preferred)Strong background in financial systems and enterprise resource planningProficiency with SQL, APIs, OData, and integration toolsHands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and familiarity with SAP Business Technology PlatformUnderstanding of financial and sales planning processesExperience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and DevOps toolsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work independently and mentor team membersExcellent organizational and presentation abilitiesWillingness to travel occasionally based on project needsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAnalystIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingJ-18808-Ljbffr
