Growth Lead - End-to-End Pipeline for AI-Driven Insurance

Pace, an AI-native business process outsourcer for insurers, seeks a Growth lead to own pipeline generation for the sales team and scale the Pace platform. This role is based in New York.
You will bring discipline and process to pipeline generation, ensuring visibility into pipeline and performance, while partnering with the GTM team on other approaches including conference strategy and execution, and ICP identification.
We’re a small team (<15) based in-person in New York, with leading customers and investors, offering long-term growth and the chance to shape a $100bn+ impact across vertical services.
