- Fully In Office: Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Returns Management
- Manage daily account workflow related to product returns (RMA), including order entry, customer communication (written and verbal), and case resolution
- Process RMAs, issue customer credits, and manage defective/non-conforming product disposition
- Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate return processing and documentation in a high-volume environment
- Coordinate with vendor returns teams to expedite supplier returns
Inventory & Logistics Control
- Provide solutions for inventory discrepancies, procedural issues, and compliance requirements
- Monitor and maintain inventory control accuracy and reporting
- Oversee repair parts pools and support post- production/warranty programs
Customer & Sales Support
- Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned accounts
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (sales, engineering, purchasing, operations), suppliers, and customers
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient operational processes
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and respond with urgency and clear communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify root causes of operational and financial issues impacting logistics and value-add services
- Develop and implement process improvements, procedures, and policies to meet internal and customer requirements
- Support project leaders in launching new programs or improving existing workflows
- Prepare reports and manage customer billing activities
Additional Duties
- Perform general warehouse and administrative support tasks as needed
- Execute other responsibilities as assigned
Skills:
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
Education:
High School diploma required. Associates Degree or higher preferred
