Associate, International Team Operations (External Agency Employee)

This position will provide administrative and operational support to the NFL Game Operations department, with a specific focus on International Team Operations.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support within International Team Operations, including contract administration, invoice processing, procurement, and the management of part-time staff. Support Football Operations game and event activities as assigned, including travel in support of NFL International Series games, meetings, and related events. Act as a Team Liaison for participating clubs, supporting the planning and execution of international games with a focus on team hotels, practice facilities, and stadium Represent International Team Operations in internal and cross-functional meetings, facilitating communication and coordination across departments. Create, maintain, and manage tracking tools and documentation related to International Team Operations, including equipment inventories, project status reports, and post-event after-action Support the Game Day Operations Center by tracking operational issues during game week and on game day Perform additional duties as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administration, communications, and/or operations at the collegiate and/or professional sports level Education: B.A./B.S. required Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Strong communication, team building, and interpersonal skills Must be extremely detail-oriented Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments Highly organized and ability to multitask efficiently, even in high-pressure environments Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary Very strong computer skills including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred Terms / Expected Hours of Work This position is required to work in the New York office. Extensive international travel, including weekends and holidays, as required. This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
