Drill Foreman

Job Title: Drill Foreman We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Drill Foreman . The Drill Foreman will oversee a construction crew working on the job site, making sure work is compliant with installation and safety standards. They manage field operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management, and innovation, ensuring all company procedures are followed and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Supervises construction crew, rendering hands‑on assistance. Manages large projects with 5 or more employees on a crew. Completes required paperwork daily, including daily timesheets, as‑built or service cards, daily production reports, traceability documentation, and customer pay sheets. Trains crew members in accordance with company safety policies. Serves as a single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors performing work in the field. Supervises daily operations according to job specifications and customer requirements while continually monitoring the site for changing safety conditions and related issues. Monitors crew progress to ensure satisfactory job completion, keeping construction progress in line with the overall project schedule and cost estimate. Ensures all work is compliant with installation standards. Education & Minimum Qualifications High school diploma preferred. Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards. Preferred Qualifications Five years of field experience as a foreman. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum three years of gas‑pipeline construction and replacement experience. Strong interpersonal, team‑oriented skills. Special Knowledge and Skills Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards. Attention to detail and organization skills. Management skills.
