Established, high-functioning Urgency Care department within a respected multi-specialty organization No call responsibilities or hospital privileges required Predictable scheduling with excellent practice balance Collaborative care environment with strong APP, nursing, and specialty support Access to on-site ancillary services that enhance patient care and efficiency Practice Highlights Minimum daily staffing of 5 providers and 10 nurses 6 Emergency Department-style treatment rooms and 10 exam rooms Broad scope of care including: Acute illnesses Minor injuries Occupational medicine/work comp On-site access to: Infusion Therapy Sports Medicine Full Laboratory Services Diagnostic Imaging Schedule & Lifestyle Urgency Care physicians work 60–72 scheduled hours every two weeks, consisting primarily of 12-hour shifts and every fourth weekend coverage. Schedules are provided 60 days in advance, with opportunities available to pick up additional shifts if desired. Clinic hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a physician who: Enjoys practicing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and efficiency Values patient satisfaction and collaborative care Works effectively with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists Is comfortable utilizing electronic medical records Preferred experience includes at least two years in: Family Medicine Urgent Care Compensation Initial salary guarantee: $220,000 – $555,000 Transition to production-based compensation model after guarantee period Medical and dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) with profit sharing Malpractice liability insurance Benefits are prorated for part-time physicians.
