Job Details Engineering Manager - Job Description Engineering Degree or equivalent years of experience Modular Construction experience preferred, but not mandatory 3+ years working in a Management capacity - role will have 2 direct reports Strong leadership and team oversight, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop engineering staff High level engineering judgment, with the ability to review and interpret plans, specifications, and structural calculations Deep understanding of engineering standards and building code requirements to support decision making and ensure compliance Workflow and project management, including prioritization, quality control, and cross department coordination Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
