Autocad Designer

Title : Entry AutoCAD Designer
Pay : $25-27/Hour
Location : Chantilly
Duration : 6 Month contract to hire (Conversion highly likely)
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AutoCAD (academic or professional setting)
- Proficiency in core AutoCAD functions, including drawing creation and editing
- Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and redlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience supporting telecom, utility, or infrastructure design projects
- Familiarity with underground utility layouts and construction drawings
- Exposure to GIS platforms or geospatial data
- Experience creating plan view drawings and construction-ready designs
- Understanding of permitting, right-of-way, or survey coordination processes
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
