ACR Companies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing, coordinating service documentation, and supporting Regional Managers with daily operational activities.

This is a fast-paced, detail-intensive position that requires someone who learns quickly, retains information, and can effortlessly shift between multiple responsibilities as priorities change throughout the day. The role involves extensive training across multiple systems, customer requirements, and processes. The ideal candidate must be comfortable absorbing large amounts of information, thinking on their feet, and adapting quickly with minimal disruption to workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely invoice submissions.
• Verify service completion and conduct customer follow-up calls.
• Assist Regional Managers with scheduling coordination, calendar updates, and operational support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communications within the CRM system.
• Set up new customer accounts and verify billing information.
• Identify and promptly escalate service concerns or discrepancies.
• Coordinate pre-service notifications and maintain daily activity reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, customer service, billing, or administrative support preferred.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb, retain, and apply substantial amounts of new information.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to switch priorities at a moment's notice without sacrificing accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, or customer billing portals is a plus.
